I have never really liked the traditional approach that most bike shops take offering what boils down to a simple three tier “prix fixe” service menu.
Generally I prefer to discuss every ‘patient’ on an individual basis and charge accordingly.
It is for the very same reason, during my years in bicycle retail, that I rejected wholeheartedly the multiple choice finishing kit approach to custom bike builds. The clue there is in the title “custom build”, if you are going to build a bike especially for a customer how can you just stick on a restricted choice of components from list A, B or C?
Bearing the above in mind Doctor D offer the following services but I am more than happy to discuss your requirements and charge on an individual basis.
